The candidate will be given the responsibility of assisting directly with the marketing and selling of residential properties for a variety of clients, with scope to build their own relationships and connections with clients. It is essential that the applicant has their own car and a full driver’s licence. The successful applicant will be required to start immediately and must be prepared to work flexible hours as is required in this residential sales environment to include Saturday work and evenings. The applicant will also need to be in possession of a PSRA Licence or have the qualifications to obtain one.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree educated
- Licence as set out by the Property Services Regulatory Authority
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Full drivers licence and own vehicle
