Are you looking for the opportunity to take on more responsibility and for a role with lots of variety? Positions available include -

Logistics Operations/Contract Manager ( €55-65k- DOE)

5+ years Staff management / warehouse operations experience essential

Experience in Client/Contract Management within a Health/Pharma/FMCG sector ideally 

Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff 

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills 

Experience with managing budgets and ability to create & maintain various client /management reports

Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader €35k +

3+years warehouse supervisor/team leader experience essential - Ideally within a Multi product Health/Pharma/Nutrition/FMCG industry 

Key responsibilities for both roles include -

Responsible for supervision/ management of the warehouse

Responsible for management of all warehouse staff progress/KPI monitoring /Budgets

Planning -Producing regular reports .

Systems administration - goods received / Batch Numbers /stock rotation

Continuously monitoring of systems -to ensure prompt movement of products .

Problem solving - stock discrepancies -location errors

Regular stock checks and manage cycle count activities

Meet with shift supervisors on daily basis to arrange work schedule /resolve issues.

Review maintenance programmes and arrange service/repair of forklift trucks & pallet trucks

Develop and maintain strong communication links with Internal Departments/Clients

Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to achieve full warehouse optimization

Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
