This an excellent opportunity to manage and develop strategic accounts within the Dublin branch.  The ideal candidate will be responsible to maintain ownership of existing customer accounts, improve the level of customer service experience while increasing business opportunities and revenue.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers

  • Coordinate the customer requirements internally and develop relationships at all levels

  • Be the main point of contact for your customers and ensure consistent follow up and resolution of issues/concerns

  • Understand customers’ business and strategy and our role with the customer.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up with the development of regular reviews

  • Communicate service issues to Department Managers/Supervisors.

  • Action KPI s

  • Identify opportunities and grow business from existing customers

Requirements- Skills, Education, Experience:

  •  5+ years Supply Chain & Account Management experience.

  • Excellent communication, relationship building & negotiation skills

  • Proven organisational & time management

  • Ability to develop & present to a large audience

  • Computer literate with excellent power point skills

  • Ability to create/write customer requirements clearly within an SOP

  • Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills
