Cordant People are looking for a Motor Sales Development Executive to join a high profile car sales group, with fantastic earning potential, based in south Dublin.
 

Job Duties & Responsibilities;

 

  • Develop, Manage and refine our clients used vehicle sales process

  • Maximise sales profitability of used vehicles and associated products

  • Develop necessary sales organisation and resource to achieve performance targets

  • Ensure optimum stock of used vehicles are on premises and in pipeline

  • Create an environment where department and staff excel

  • Ability to value customer trade-ins

  • Organising and maintaining display area

  • Appraisal of company trade in's and ability to make decisions on retail stock


Skills you will require

 

  • Exemplary levels of customer service

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Construct and conclude transactions

  • Computer literate.

 

Required Experience

 

  • Previous experience in the motor industry is essential

  • Sales Experience
