YOUR role is to help assist in the smooth running of the project from start to finish.
-Based in a Head Office you will ideally have admin experience from a construction/engineering or technical environment.
-Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word & Outlook.
-Must have a can-do attitude with excellent efficiency skills and good time management.
-Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation.
-Ability to work on own initiative.
-Good Organisational Skills & ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for -
Saving of relevant incoming project emails
Compiling of Progress Reports/Supplier lists /
Maintaining contact details of all Organisations & Contacts relating to the project
Uploading all supplier details onto a spreadsheet
Retention of Contractual Documents on our system
