Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing applicants through a wide variety of means - social media, jobs sites, LinkIn, CV searches

  • Screening and short listing of CV’s for all vacancies

  • Identify methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing methods

  • Creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes

  • Managing recruitment administration including the applicant tracking system, interview scheduling, applicant feedback, psychometric tests and reference checking.

  • Meeting clients and identifying new opportunities within the job market through client business development


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential

  • You may be currently in a sales or customer service role or are coming from a background excelling in your industry but want to a role that's more commercial and rewarding

  • You have experience of dealing with customers ( B2B) but ultimately you excel influencing and negotiating with others

  • You understand and enjoy working to targets and are someone who loves to compete with yourself and others
