Freight company requires a person in a busy customer service office to index scanned documents. You would be using an inhouse system so strong computer skills would be a distinct advantage.
Full time hours 10am- 7pm
(slight flexibility possible)
– Experience in Document Indexing
– Must be fluent in English
– Excellent communication + administration skills.
– Ability to work on own initiative.
– Excellent organisational skills.
– The ability to multi task.
– Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
– Positive attitude.
– Experince in liaisoning with drivers and delievery docket administartion desirable.
