Based in a BUSY CLIENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT -You will have lots of Variety in this role -

On a day to day basis you will-

Support day to day activities of service department

Liaise with customer and engineer ie calls , queries

Log categorise and allocate service calls

Follow through of service call start to finish

Credit Checks

Identify opportunities

Prepare & process accurate paperwork for invoicing

Prepare Service Report

Client report

Prepare Service Minutes

Keep service log updated

Provide customer history and KPI Reports

Record & review EPC’S Costing

Drive performance 1st fix / calls per day

Order, chase and co-ordinate parts – internal / external

Update parts log

Service stock

Service manuals

Returns / warranty / faulty goods our

Prepare quotes
