YOU will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support in services Group product on tasks including (but not limited to) order entry, product return, warranty claim processing, pricing, credit etc. for all dealers and distributors based in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and in mainland Europe (France, Spain, Germany, Eastern Europe etc.).
 
  
Responsibilities

Provides prompt and efficient service to all group customers & team members in the DACH region and mainland Europe.
Liaise with other departments as required to resolve customer’s issues and questions.
Provides prompt and efficient service to internal and external customers including the appropriate escalation of issues via phone and email.



Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.



Manage customer order lifecycle including status orders, pricing, product information, delivery dates/times, etc.



Enter claims into internal software system (defect report).



Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.







Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and German (written & oral).

1+ year within an international customer service/contact center environment.

Excellent communication skills.



Experience in Microsoft office (Excel and Word)



Experience with an internal order management system (OMS).



Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.



Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.



Enthusiastic with strong self-motivation.


Ability to work independently and take initiatives.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
