You will be responsible for the scheduling, planning and reporting on visits between clients and engineers
You will log all incoming calls and arrange call out service support
You will place all orders with suppliers utilising Sage Accounts software for services/stock
You will complete reports for visits and resolve/escalate any follow up visits
You will be responsible for ensuring all works relating to FM services are processed efficiently
