On a day to day basis you will 

Prepare, record, maintain a summary of Weekly Labour Returns from all projects 

Recruit and check references for available trades staff.

Complete site engineering contracts and issues to the payroll dept.

Ensure all documentation are in order and up to date  (Safepass and
Manual Handling certs)

Liaise with payroll dept regarding wages 

Maintain a good working relationship with agency representatives/TU/Head Office departments 

Administration – upload relevant documents on the HR system 

 Excellent knowledge of Industrial Relations within the Engineering/Construction sector ideally
 Excellent organization administrative + interpersonal skills.
